Thank you for posting this! I actually sell real estate on the island and I agree with you that Sunnyside is just one of those great places that fall under the radar. So close to the bridge and yet very serene and quiet. A great area that is just worth every penny spent!

I agree with you on this becaue at the end I had to lower the price of my home three times and actually received the price I was asking for. I now giving this advice to my friend who is selling her house in Annadale and she is be careful with the price she is lisiting it.
