Here is your Tottenville, Staten Island recent home and property sales report.

So, what’s been happening with Tottenville real estate sales since this past May? A couple of notable items in this home sales report were the two residential sales that broke the million dollar mark. Leonello Lane, fetched nearly $1.4 million and the other home being lulu Ct. settling up at $1.165 million. Nestled off the Beadin’ Path, these two Tottenville homes sit in a rather
obscure luxury waterfront community. Well one thing is for certain for the new residents of lulu Ct., I don’t believe they will need to repeat the street name when giving directions to the home. I doubt anyone is likely to confuse that street name with Main St.
On the commercial real estate side there was some activity, but there were couple of note both located on Amboy Rd. 7335 Amboy closed at $1.1 million and other at 7325 Amboy Rd. that
