Here is your Staten Island recent home sale report for Huguenot

When it comes to higher end homes with some pretty big price tags, Huguenot on Staten Island’s South Shore is no stranger. While there weren’t any million dollar deals in Huguenot, at least not in this round of recent home sales, there were a few to defiantly make note of. Let’s start with the highest residential deal over the reporting period, (May of 2009 to the beginning of August this past summer). That deal came on May 5th 2009 with 615 Lamont Ave. taking the price cake, having a closing day price tag of $878,749, according to city records. The home was 2 family home sitting on a 10,000 square foot property. Next in line price wise was the July 30th, 2009 closing of 718 Marcy Ave, which had closing day tally of $695,000.
