Here is your recent home sold report for Sunnyside, Staten Island.

For those unfamiliar with Sunnyside, Staten Island it sits in the valley at the foot of Grymes Hill on Staten Island’s North Shore. In this sales report, A home selling for $495,000 on 412 Little Clove Road had the captured the crown for the highest priced sale over the summer. Two midrise Condos which sit on the corner of Clove Rd. and Howard Ave. also sold June through August of this year. Now there is some who will dispute whether or not the Condos on Howard Ave, are in Sunnyside as opposed to Grymes Hill. However, the New York City Department of Finance puts them in Sunnyside, Staten Island and I will follow their lead on this one. Anyhow, the two condos, on what looks to be on the second floor, had closing day settlements of $182,700 the other for 175,000.

The recorded sales in this report may or may not be those marketed and sold by licensed real estate agents or brokers. All real estate sales in New York City are a matter of public record. Meaning if a home sold for a Sausage and egg Mc-muffin sandwich and a Cup of Coffee the home would be listed below with an N/A as the price.
