With that activity came some relatively large deals for the area. The largest of those real estate deals was a commercial transaction involving the sale of 1639 Richmond Road, transferring with a closing day price tag $1,075,000.  On the residential side 66 Freemont Ave., a 3600+ square foot two family home, sold for $895,000. Dongan Hills and Grant City feature 3 mid-rise condo complexes all seeing several sales over the last 3 months. The highest of those sales in each of those buildings was; 145 Lincoln Ave, a 1137 square foot unit, had a closing day price of $314,340; 100 Colfax Ave., a 1114 square foot condo unit, sell for $270,000 on 9/14/2009 and rounding up at the Zoe St. condo was a 942 Square foot unit settling up with $295,000 in October.
